Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah

The hotel is very family orientated and one of the best I have experienced in my many visits to Dubai. The housekeeping team managed by sidiq were great. The ladies in Red were very attentive and really put customer experience first. The breakfast restaurant team where also exceptional.

1-The best part was the staff at the reservation and front desk, very friendly and helpful 2- Room size and facilities very good and up to the standard i was expecting 3- Room service staff are exceling in provide you with what you need 4- The breakfast staff most helpful and joyful, service were excellent

the service was wonderful, client orientated team, nice variaty of dishes for breakfast, very kind and helpful team at the reception, pool and beach area are nice and close - easy with kids, rooms are very good and and comfortable for the family

Well organised, great service, comfortable bed, fantastic food, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Room was clean, comfortable, housekeeping was good - kept the room really clean. Managers were checking up on us and we couldn’t have better comfort.

We've been staying into one of the K villas with private pool, nothing to say à part from kudos to deliver to the entire staff who made sure we felt like home with a very high attention to details Unlike all those crowed hotels we've been staying in Dubai, Kempinski the Palm is sincerely a paradise for those who are seeking the luxury of privacy and silence with family and friends ! The Entire hotel is super super clean, our villa was refreshed several times a day ... this is a game changer! Hicham and his colleagues on the front desk were extremely kind and professional they've delivered us the warmest welcome ever! Rahman at the concierge was super kind and dedicated, he booked us the best activities in Dubai, tables in the most wanted places even during the busiest times, and he arranged all the transfers. His client oriented service was beyond what we've experienced so far! Shoutout to Amira ( lady in red) was so caring she made sure that our stay was perfect! All the facilities were so clean and very well decorated I, the gym is fully equipped, the beach is super clean and the view on the Palm and the two Atlantis hotels is outstanding! Brunello restaurant was delivering a high quality of service and very large choices for breakfast renewed everyday... We've been able to order whatever dish we craved and the team made sure this matches our expectations for both adults and children. Nothing else to say but Thank You for these past days, we will absolutely and blindly recommend and obviously Kempinski the Palm will be adopted as our new home during our next trip to Dubai !
