The location and cleanliness of the property. The staff are friendly and welcoming and whatever you’ll ask they’ll make sure to deliver it. It was my wife’s birthday so we had a greeting message from the hotel Manager Mr Hani and was warm welcome. Amira Shawky was an amazing host before arrival to our checkout she was welcoming and accommodated all our requests. Sara made our check-in process very simple and explained all amenities and facilities of the hotel perfectly. Thanks for this amazing experience

The view to the palm and sea was amazing. The breakfast was amazing as well. The receiving when we arrived was also amazing and the guide to the suite was really nice. The beach was nice and not crowded.

Our experience at the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were excellent—spacious and comfortable (Room 523 is the best), and the hotel's location on the Palm offers the best possible view, especially for a spectacular sunrise. What truly set this stay apart was the remarkable hospitality. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and cooperative, making us feel welcome at every turn. We want to give a special shout-out to Milena Chirich (Lady in Red), Ben (Front Desk), Raju (Porter), Mito (F&B - Breakfast Buffet), and Osrakana (Front Desk) for their exceptional service.

The hotel was in a quiet location and was very relaxing ambiance. I was waiting for my ID card to arrive and the concierge Mr Rahman was so helpful and coördinated when the courier would arrive. Hé literally took the stress out of my hands. The second conciërge was very helpful arranging a car rental and nothing was too much for them. It was my birthday while i was in the Kempinski and on my arrival i found a delicious birthday cake in the fridge and rosé petals over the bed. This made me feel a birthday girl. The breakfast was amazing, from fresh fruit to fresh Juices to all kinds of egg dishes. The quality of the food was excellent. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and professional at the same time. They were very attentive and remembered what kind of coffee you drank the day before. I got the idea everyone in the hotel were passionate about their work. The atmosphere was very positive. The night manager Mr Mohamed was very efficiënt and helpful in taking care of my needs. I would come back to the Kempinski and bring my mother as its a very comfortable place to stay while in Dubai.
